Leonard W. Jones, Esq., MBA., LLM.

Chief Executive Officer              

 Leonard is engaged in private practice within Maryland and New York.  With experience in all stages of consulting and litigation from initial   engagement, motion practice, negotiated resolutions, bench, jury trials  and appeals. Leonard has extensive research and writing  experience  of appellate issues drafting numerous appeals that were  argued before various  appellate courts. Leonard has served on the N.Y.S.  Supreme Court Appellate Division: 2nd Department Appellate panel to  accept criminal appellate appointments to prosecute felony appeals.   With an  extensive background in real-estate law Leonard has represented buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions, negotiated mortgage financing and  commercial leases, through the clearing, and settling of titles. Leonard has successfully represented individual and business debtors in complex Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings eliminating excessive debt and through reorganizations and debt structuring. Finally, Leonard has successfully closed numerous residential and commercial real estate transactions. Additionally, Leonard has represented clients in criminal matters charged with various business crimes, real estate & mortgage fraud.

Roger L. Barnes, CPA, MBA.

Chief Financial Officer

Roger provides, more than thirty-five years of accounting, management,   finance, urban development, commercial development, construction,  project management, management consulting and business   development consulting for major development and financial services  companies. Roger provides comprehensive development and construction  services for analysis and acquisition of sites for subsequent development.  As a Business Development Consultant, he offers small business development services to small, minority and woman-owned firms seeking to build capacity. Providing commercial development consulting on mixed-use, commercial developments and faith-based construction. Serving as a funding consultant assisting in securing of funding for business operations, equipment, expansions, etc. and manages vertical construction projects.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Michael C. Wood, Ph.D.

Chief Operations Officer

As the Chief of Operations Michael brings a Ph.D., in Workforce Development  and Education to our team and is responsible for supporting the JBW consulting model while maintaining high quality operations within our existing  services.  Michael has a background in Information Technology Infrastructure  and  Workforce Development. A career educator and  entrepreneur, Mike brings over 20 years of consulting and 15 years of residential real-estate development and homeowner rehabilitation experience to our team.  Additionally, Mike offers business development and  consulting services to small minority, 8a, and woman-owned firms seeking entry into government contracting.  As the Chief Operations Officer Michael  drives innovation for our clients through the management and development of our consulting operations during a period of each customer’s organizational growth.
